1. Rental agreement
Customers shall use the ATS Mobile JAPAN WiFi Rental (hereinafter referred to as the "Service”) after accepting this rental agreement. In addition, in case of application refusal, our company shall not have any obligations to explain the reasons of such refusal.

2. Rental period
The rental period shall be from the day when rental products have arrived in the hands of customers, until the day when the procedure of return is done. It should also be noted that if although we requested the courier to deliver products on the specified date and time those products could not be delivered due to circumstances at delivery destination such as customers absence or other reasons, there will be no change to the contract originally specified date and time even in the case of re-delivery. Even if products could not be received, rental fees will be charged as well.

3. Reservation cancellation
At the time the email informing you of products shipping has arrived, your application is accepted, and the agreement for products rental is concluded. No cancellation fee will be charged before shipping. In addition, cancellation is impossible after shipping.

4. Performance guarantee (money-back guarantee)
Customers shall confirm performances right after rental products arrival. At that time, if it is not working properly we will send you as soon as possible a replacement device. If products could not be used due to a failure, we will refund full amount of the rental fee. It should be noted that our company does not take any responsibility and is not liable for any damage caused by performance failure etc.
In the case that rental products got broken during the rental period, it shall possible to exchange rental equipment with a tax-included $ 8 - as shipping fee for sending/receiving. In addition, if there is no notification of this issue during the rental period, our company does not assume the obligation of exchange and refund.

5. Reporting duty of users
Please make sure to report regarding the following matters. Late fees and others will be charged if you fail to report until the last day of rental period.
1. Notification of return delay (late fees: tax-included $5- per day)
2. Damage of rental equipment (device price and late fees)
3. Report device as lost or stolen (contract cancellation fee, device price and late fees)
The device cost: $100-.
The contract cancellation fee: $150-.

6. Return
A "Letter Pack Light” for return is included with rental products. After verifying that products and shipped goods are all together, please hand them into the nearest mailbox or at a post office.
At the time of rental return, in the case you forgot one part of the content set, we will receive an extension fee until the day return procedure for that set part is undergone. It should be noted that if products are not returned even after a week, products will be treated as lost, and payment a compensation (device price) for the product shall be received.

7. Extension fee
In the case of rental period extension, please inform us before the final day of rental period. If it is extended without notification during the rental period, you will be charged a late fee of 860 yen per day. If our Company considers that there is no prospect of return, products will be treated as lost, and payment of a compensation (contract cancellation fee and device price) shall be received separately from the late fees.


8. Prohibited matters
Regarding products, please use them in a way according to the intended use, and pay enough attention to utilization and storage. Products can not be used by a third-party, neither transferred, pawned, sub-leased or disposed of for exclusive possession and others to a third-party. In addition, products must not be stained, altered or redecorated.

9. Personal belongings of customers
Customers shall be extremely careful not to put anything else than the set content of rental products upon return. In the case items other than rental products have been shipped at the time of return, our company will store them for 1 month, and once this period is over they can be discarded regardless of the reasons. Regardless of the fact that those bundled items are users personal belongings or not, our company will not be held responsible for compensation, etc. In addition, the cost of return shall be borne by customers.

10. Damages
Make sure to return rental products to our company. If you do not return them you will be charged with compensation (contract cancellation fee and device price). Device price shall be claimed in the case our company considered that products were used in an environment adversely affecting them.

11. Disclaimer
Even if customers sustained damages or caused damages to a third-party due to the use of this service, customers shall do the procedures to resolve occurred issues at their own risk and expenses. In addition, our company assumes no responsibility for damages due to carelessness utilization of the products used by customers. Our company does not take any responsibility and is not liable for damages which occurred to customers related to an utilization not in accordance with the intended use as well as damages due to carelessness utilization of the products used by customers

12. Interruption, modification and termination of service
Based on its consideration, our company shall be able to appropriately interrupt, modify or terminate all or part of the services by notification in advance. It will assume no responsibility for any damages customers have sustained from these actions.
